“Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in
Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Dear Sponsors
Blessings in Jesus!
We are extremely thankful to all our sponsors, for your support through finance and prayers! Please know
that we do not take for granted, the financial sacrifice many of you make to support our children, Sekela and
the center. You are regularly in our prayers and we pray and trust that God will provide for your needs. Your
support is having an impact on our children, their families, our neighborhood and the wider community of
Tanzania, not only for now but also for eternity!
Praise God in addition to normal sponsorship we received one-off donations that allowed us to take our
children to a waterfall! The waterfall is at Kapologwe, two hours and a half drive from our orphan center. We
had a great trip and we were in awe of God’s amazing creation! We are hoping at the end of the year to take
our children to see other beautiful natural sites in the Mbeya region.
While Enea our social worker/nurse is on long term leave, we
thank God for Secilia (at right), who previously worked at the
center, she is working for us on a short-term basis. Our children
and the caregivers of our children are pleased to see a familiar
and a friendly face.
Enea our social worker/nurse missed us so much, she decided to come and us! We were so pleased to see and welcome her again. Enea and her husband Emmanuel are expecting to be parents for the first time and praise God they are expecting twins! Please pray for this precious couple.
During this last month we celebrated the precious lives of Baraka (15), Sikujua (21), Skola (12), Yustar (17) and Maara’s birthdays!
We were delighted to welcome three guests to our birthday celebration; one of our board member’s, Pastor
Cones Kaluwa, who visited the center for the first time along with another first time visitor, Kara Sanga and also
the chairman of the caregivers of our children, Marieta Mbwilo.
Pastor Cones (at left) shared with passion a Scripture verse about the
wedding banquet, as found in the book of Matthew chapter 22.
Kara Sanga (at right) who lives in Mbeya, was interested in visiting the center to know more about our ministry. We thank Kara for visiting and being our main photographer at our birthday party.
Marieta Mbwilo, is Cairo’s aunt and the chairman of the caregivers of our children. She joined in our birthday celebrations and she, Nifariji (another caregiver of two of our children) and Sekela, gifted Maara with a beautiful piece of African material.
We are thankful for God’s provision through your sponsorship and prayers! We too are thankful to the local
body of Christ, here in Tanzania who provide for the center practically and through prayers. Thanking God for
all our children, that we have the privilege of mentoring and caring for. Sekela, our children and I would love
to meet you! Please prayerfully consider coming to Tanzania and visiting the child or children you are
sponsoring!
